What we collect

If you send an enquiry through this site we receive the name, email address, telephone number and postcode you enter, together with whatever you write in the message field. If you join the buyer register we also keep a note of the areas, budget and property type you are looking for. We do not collect anything else, and there is no tracking pixel on this website beyond basic, aggregated visit counts.

We keep enquiry records for three years from your last contact with us, because buyers and sellers in this area frequently return. Buyer register entries are removed after twenty-four months of no contact, or immediately on request.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, to match you against properties, and to send the monthly market note if you have asked for it. We do not sell data. We do not pass your details to mortgage brokers, conveyancers, surveyors or removal firms, and we receive no referral fee from anyone, because we do not make referrals.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so within thirty days. Write to the address on the contact page or email the office. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
